Shade sail and fabric structures inspections help to identify and prevent incidents on all types of fabric structures located at schools, kindergartens, day care facilities, playgrounds, parks, swimming pools and public facilities.

Insurance Assessments

Mainsailz inspectors are fully qualified Sailmakers, ANZIIF Cert IV Loss Adjusters and hold current builders licences enabling them to advise on cause of damage, fair and reasonable replacement costs and recommend experienced contractors.

Engineering Analysis & Modelling

We have a team of engineers experienced in the design and fabrication of all types of fabric structures who are able to undertake forensic investigations, redesign existing structures and specify replacement fabrics.

Expert Witness

Through both Experts Direct and UNSW Unisearch we are trained to provide expert witness reports and investigations as evidence in legal matters and appear as an expert in trial.

Fabric Testing

Using one of the most advanced NATA Accredited Polymer Testing Laboratories in Australia, we are able to test all types of shade and PVC fabrics in the event of a failure or warranty claim. We can provide consultancy specialising in compositional and failure analysis of Geomembranes, Geosynthetics, and Industrial fabrics.

Project Management

Mainsailz can project manage any type of fabric structure work from start to finish including tender specification, contract awarding, design approval, fabrication and site installation.
